Upon arrival at the Moscow airport, our tour manager will welcome you and help you transfer to the hotel. Complete check-in formalities and spend the rest of the day exploring the area around the hotel.
Join everyone for a sumptuous dinner and sample local Russian cuisine. Then, spend the night at a luxury hotel in Moscow.
Moscow is Russia’s largest city, founded as early as the 12th century. Today, it is one of the country’s most populous cities and a spiritual centre of the Russian Orthodox Church.
Some of Moscow’s famous attractions include the Moscow Kremlin, Red Square, St Basil’s Cathedral, the Bolshoi Theatre, Lubianka Square, and the Savoir Cathedral. The Moscow Metro Stations are famous for their ornate decorations and splendid architecture.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and spend the rest of the day enjoying circus shows at Moscow’s famous circuses, including Nikulin and Bolshoi.

If you’re a fan of street shopping, head to Old Arbat Street, Moscow’s oldest street. Famous for its amazing architecture and souvenir stores, the street was destroyed by the great fire during Napoleon's occupation of Moscow.
Enjoy lunch at an Indian restaurant before heading to Bunker 42, a Cold War museum built in 1950. Here, you will learn about the fascinating secrets of the former Soviet Union. The museum has an unassuming façade but comprises a complex tunnel system with rooms stretching out underneath Moscow. Learn about how life existed within the bunker, including how soldiers recycled air and generated fuel and food for over 30,000 people for over 90 days.
Later, head out for a cruise on the Volga for a panoramic city view. Spend the night with a sumptuous dinner. Spend the night in Moscow.
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and head to the train station to take the Sapsan train to St Petersburg. The journey takes over four hours and includes a complimentary lunch. As you arrive at St Petersburg station, our tour manager will welcome you and help you transfer to the hotel. Later, head to Nikolaevsky Palace to enjoy a folk show. The show includes dances from Stavropol, Don, Volgograd, and Kuban Cossacks. You will also enjoy Cossack songs from different regions and incendiary dances of the Voronezh and Don Cossacks.
Later, head out to dinner at a local restaurant before retiring for the day.
Today, you will head out for a tour of St Petersburg City, exploring its famous sights, including Spit of the Basil Island, St Isaac’s Cathedral, Palace Square, Church of the Saviour on Spilled Blood, the Nevsky Prospect, the Neva Embankments, Isaac’s Square, and the Cruiser Aurora Museum.
Enjoy afternoon lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the Peter and Paul Fortress, the burial site of the Russian royal family.
Spend the rest of the day continuing with your tour of St Petersburg before retiring for the day.
Today, you will head to Pushkin to visit the Catherine Palace. It was built in the 18th century and commissioned by Catherine I, the wife of Peter the Great. After the Russian Revolution, the palace was converted into a Museum with over 3 million artefacts, including paintings, crockery, sculptures, and weaponry that date back to the Middle Ages.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the Peterhof to visit the Grand Palace. Built in 1721 by Peter the Great as a Russian Versailles, the Grand Palace is lavish with ornate staircases, gilded statues, and fine silk wall hangings. The palace, along with the city centre, is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Spend the rest of the evening shopping and end the day with dinner at a fine dining restaurant.
Bid adieu to Russia and catch your flight to return home.
