Itinerary

Varanasi, also called Benares or Kashi, is one of the oldest continually inhabited cities in the world and one of the most religious places for Indian Hindus. Ayodhya is another important religious city for Hindus as it is considered the birthplace of Lord Rama, the seventh avatar of the Hindu God Vishnu. Day 1 : Lucknow - Ayodhya

Upon arrival at the Lucknow Airport, our tour manager will welcome you and help you transfer to the hotel. Check into the hotel and relax before visiting the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya. The journey takes around 2.5 hours and is scenic, offering views of the wayside fields and villages.

Besides the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, you will also visit the Nageshwarnath Temple, believed to have been built by Lord Rama’s some Kush, Kanak Bhawan, Treta ke Thakur, Sita ki Rasoi, a temple with idols of Sita, Lord Rama, and Lakshmana. The latter is believed to have been the royal kitchen of Goddess Sita.

You will spend the night in Ayodhya.

Day 2 : Ayodhya - Allahabad - Varanasi

After breakfast, proceed to Prayagraj to visit the Triveni Sangam, a sacred place where India’s three main rivers, Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati, meet. Later, you will head to the Alopi Devi Shakti Peeth Temple, Hanuman Temple, Khusro Baugh, and Anand Bhavan Museum.

Later, you will drive to Varanasi to spend the night in the city.

Day 3 : Varanasi Day Tour

Early today, you will perform ablutions and attend the Ganga Aarti on the Assi Ghat. Later, head to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple before heading to the Maa Annapurna Mandir, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Kaal Bhairav Mandir, and Durga Kund Mandir.

In the evening, join the rest of your group for a boat ride on the Ganga River before attending the evening Maha Aarti on the Assi Ghat. Make sure you visit the famous ghats, the Manikarnika Ghat, Munshi Ghat, Dashashwamedh Ghat, Scindia Ghat, and the Man Mandir Ghat.

Day 4 : Depart Varanasi

After breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and head to Kanak Bhavan or Golden Palace. Later, you will head to the Varanasi Airport to return home and conclude your spiritual pilgrimage.
