Upon arriving in Chennai, our tour representatives will greet you and help you reach your hotel. Once you finish the check-in formalities, you can freshen up and relax for a while before venturing out to explore Chennai.
The first stop for the day will be Valluvar Kottam, a historical monument which was built in honour of poet, saint, and philosopher, Thiruvalluvar. Next up is Guindy National Park, a protected area covering 22 acres which was inaugurated by Jawaharlal Nehru in 1959. You will also be visiting Marina Beach and the town of Mahabalipuram which is home to the Group of Monuments at Mahabalipuram that are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
After enjoying a scrumptious breakfast, relish the serenity of Edward Elliot's Beach. Our tour representative will take you to explore Arignar Anna Zoological Park or Vandalur Zoo, one of the largest zoos in Southeast Asia. Indulge in some shopping in the evening before making your way back to your hometown.
